It is, because it can affect your way of thinking. There was a lot of cases where people did atrocious things to their sibling because they were into “incest”. Would you rather take the risk of “its just fiction” with the possibility of having it affect their mindset? Hi, Central Europe here and I would agree with STEWIE and Mbaremark. Age gap is fine as long as both are adults, so generally 18+. Below 18 for me it depends... If the minor is a high schooler, then it's fine as long as the age gap is small, so up to 5y diff preferable, ~10y max and of course no sex until the minor turns adult. If the minor is even younger, then for me (36yo) it's a child and I don't feel comfortable reading a work romanticizing children, feels gross.

i'm from portugal so, south west europe and here generally if you're 17 it's fine to date someone older, but id day maybe 2-3 years max! once you're 18, age gaps are fine, unless they're really excessive right, because it's not like you suddenly become an adult just because you turn 18.

When I was scrolling through Tiktok, there's a Video of a GoYuu anime Ship from Jujutsu Kaisen and when I tried reading the comments, they're a lot of People hating it like they're cursing at it and even went as far as harassing others who liked the Ship, straight up calling them Pedophiles, when asked why, they said Yuuji is a Minor and Gojo is an adult and when some say it's just Fictions, they still won't back off and went on mocking them, I was surprised that they'd be so sensitive even in Fiction since then, I've been wondering about that, so tell me does Western People Hate Age Gap relationships to the point they don't even like it in Fictions? (Mind you, my country is like, if it's Fictional Drawings, don't care about it and I also have a Neighbour couple who have 15 years Age gap)
