Idk how I happened upon this comment but I need to point out, for your sake and the sake of people who may be at risk in the future, that this is false. Research and stats exist. While there are people who would hurt others that find things they're interested in via fiction, the vast majority do not. The vast majority neither know nor care to know that this manga exists.
The lines between fiction and reality are not blurry for the average person. If someone does find it blurry, they should seek help. Using your current line of logic, serial killers start in crime novels or bad cop shows. I doubt you would say that murder in fiction is a gateway for murder IRL. If you would, I would urge you to reconsider how you consume media. And maybe never touch it again if you think it'd turn you or someone else into a murderer.
