She and many Korean women hate men which is partly why this “genre” of manwha is so popular among young women. South Korea is plagued with widespread toxic masculinity and normalized rape culture. Women's rights aren’t taken as seriously and Korean women are rightfully tired and manwhas like these are sort of a way to cope. I’m not saying its moral or that it justifies these kinds of stories but its just a different perspective
