I want to find the manga that is created about 10 or 20 years ago.
It is about reunion for high school so two men met again. In the past, they had special summer.
ML got nervous so he drunk A LOT. While all students slept in tent or something, He threw up and then the girl comforted him. There was a sparkle between them. MC witnessed it and thought they were already couple. So back to the reunion, MC met ML with ML’s fiancée. Yes it was same girl and they had on-off relationship. It was MC’s story
So, the ML took turn about his story and he LIKED MC. He decided to date her to avoid facing his own feelings.
I think it was opening end you can say ML got a hint that MC did like him but moved on. Maybe ML wanted to start it again or moved on because he liked fiancée A LOT.
