It's just you. I've read another version months ago and it's exactly what's happening, this one is even better translated.
I agree, it's not so bad to the point you can't understand anything but still. I guess the last two chapters (73 & 74) are a fan translation?
I agree that the other versions of this chapter are worse, but if you compare this chapter from the other ones, I believe that this might seem rlly off... ╥﹏╥

I checked another site (ba to to but without the spaces lol idk if im allowed to mention it here), Juju posts their translations there as well, and this chapter was marked as fixed. So I guess they just didnt update the fixed version here
