I totally get it, I honestly don’t remember how we started after reading soo many chapters.
I am a fan of this singing story line,but we’ve kind of stayed away from the original idea. The contract was about Yujin writing a song for Aaron in three months or so. Which idk about y’all but three month feels like it’s passed. I really just want to know what is Yujin past and this overall trauma he has. Plus how it connected to Aaron soooo deeply. But we’ve been doing a bunch of other side plots and sex

It was like the author remembered the story was supposed to be angsty and just stopped the porn that was happening nonstop
Though, I just like to view it as the storytelling going deeper into what was unexplained behind the characters since this type of story would definitely explain the extremities of a character to explain their love . Or maybe it really was just because I am the same as you, forgetting details because I read as the chapters go out. Idk lol maybe if I reread this in one sitting then maybe nothing would be off
I think what the author probably wanted is make a reveal that they both know & are obsessed with each other since they were children and both of them didnt forget that encounter but aaron’s change in behavior into the possessive obssessive bf type seems unjustified because the author didnt include any crumbs of aaron’s flashback/back story at all other than the scene where he’s watching a youtube video of yujin.
The reason why Aaron's obsessive towards Yujin already explained in the previous chapters. Aaron was searching for Yujin, desperately. For many years. Once Aaron found him, Aaron having hard time to let go. Also Aaron knew even with all good quality to be superstar, Yujin chose to live his life low key, abandoning his dream and simply gone from the radar so he definitely can tell Yujin ability to quicky erase his traces everywhere. Aaron with money & connection only managed to found him after so many years of searching so maybe Aaron himself have issue with Yujin could dissapear at any time. He trying to prevent that with so many lame excuses.
Maybe it’s because I’m reading this as the chapters slowly roll out and I’m forgetting details between uploads, but doesn’t it feel like the story has suddenly changed? At first the vibe was nice, we had that little bit of lore with those guys in prison (or whatever it was, I can’t remember ) and it seemed like the story was going to get really good, but now the vibe has just completely changed so suddenly and randomly. It’s like the author just ran with the non-stop porn for like twenty chapters before having some weird post-nut clarity and remembering that there was supposed to be a storyline behind this. I don’t want to sound like I’m bitching about it because I really have enjoyed this so far, I absolutely love Yujin, but idkkk the change just seemed so out of the blue
