also that's nasty ass behavior instead of apologizing and getting on his knees for forgiveness , he just vomits at his confession from guilt and anxiety when he could easily just stop involving himself with the MC for the better or come out with the truth (1st option is more realistic)

I just feel bad for the MC boths MLs suck and he fell hard for both just wait in the next few episodes you'll see exactly why they both suck. They're both selfish and fucked up, plus one doesn't even like the MC and the other just treats him like shit.
