He didn’t ask for anything, but he knows her situation quite intimately as a yandere stalker, so he could decline and buy her something instead. He’s literally a chaebol, but he lets her pretend he needs mothering.
He’s “punishing” her for something we don’t know yet by making her reach out to him first, which is a toxic trait, plus we know he’s gathering up some kind of evidence on her ex for some big reveal, which will probably cause her emotional distress. Just because she’s not aware of it doesn’t mean nothing is happening that will hurt her. In fact, we can already anticipate his family causing her harm because of his meddling.
I don’t know about her only leaving because of him, since she caught Mincheol the act. I think she may have gone back but maybe not!
