partial summary (just used a translator app so I cant understand some parts, sorry):
hee bum tells yoo won that they should break up because yoo won shouldn't make his mother sad (they met her in a previous chapter)
yoo won asks why hee bum is bringing breaking up now when he did't say anything when his father found out about them
hee bum says he is serious so yoo won agrees and that makes hee bum angry (I don't understand why)
then yoo won asks if it's because jumi, and hee bum says 'why did that name come up?'

Ok...hehe...this is just the gist of things...
Hee bum talks about his love life with jumi and says that it's been a long time since they talked like that. And jumi was like don't stick to me you might catch a cold. And hee bum said i dont care. Then jumi remembered how yoo won thanked her.
Then jumi took out the stickers on her phone and stuck it on hee bum's face (which was pretty funny...(⌒▽⌒) ) she got angry and said from now on he shouldn't talk about love stuff with her and he shouldn't make her feel confused. She says something about going back to being strangers i think.
Then hee bum does the thing (kyaaaa!). He says 'don't go. You think you can leave my side. You know my personality, right? I'll pester you.' (Basically, he's saying that he won't let her go in a very hee bum way...haha!)
