After waiting 10 years? That was awful cruel to be kind. Remeber the first time Neo and Maki couldn't have any idea of what would happen in the future, until those 10 years pass and Neo for whatever reason goes back. That is if Neo isn't just dreaming....

I think that the wedding of maki senpai is for neo... Well its just my own idea or maybe the wedding is not true and he just want to tease neo... Then after that he will confess to neo and ask him for marriage in other country... Oh my gosh my fujoshi mind is working hehehehheheh
