here's the link http://www.comica.com/sea/webtoon/episode/100069 after reading the first chap it says "anda dapat meilhat episode ini setelah daftar dan log in" it means that you can see the episode after you sign up & log in. the "masuk" button means log in and "daftar" means sign up. Hope this helps.
There are Indonesian versions of Fools until chap 31 (Chap 32 will be unlocked in 3 more days) in comica.
