This manhwas is in the same vein as No Reason, Bad Life, Sadistic beauty bl, Reverse Thinking..., these works are TORTURE PORN. They involve from rape, g/rape, confinement, torture, humiliations, even beastiality and mostly end with Stockholm Syndrom for the bottom. No redemption nor rétribution, because that's not the point.
Yian's binding is pretty tame compared to others, it's just done tasteless and feel wasteful. The art is mainly why people keep hanging there, for this title like the other manhwas.
