I think we don't know the entire story yet, we only know Itome's point of view.
But if U have to especulate... I would say Akemi knows Itomi wants to say something but Itomi is really stubborn and isn't honest, so Itome is poshing his bootons
= so Akemi is low key trying to provoque Itome .**
My heart breaks for Itome. I think he's at his limit. From my point of view, it's almost as if Akemi is forcing him to have sex with others even though it's clear that he hasn't any interest in doing so. I feel really bad for him, honestly. If Akemi wasn't in the club he wouldn't be there for sure. First he got scolded for not having sex and now that random guy that obviously Akemi knew of... seriously I don't get it. Either Akemi is trying to break up or he's a complete asshole. It saddens me
