I dont get the last chapter???? Like what??? ML calls the boy on ch5.5 "Makoto" that's the older brother's name cuz our MC's name is Mahiru!!! What?????

You mixed it up.
That dialogue was said by Mahiro
"I am so lonely Dad, mom why did you die?. Makoto, Ritsu stay with me."
Mahiro was calling the two people he trusted more in the world because he was scared to be left alone.
