Why are the other noi’s growing at a different speed compared to older noi?

I think its probably because it takes time for the other Noi's to be brought into the current timeline. They didn't know about all the possible Noi's until the noi that was born started to learn things. After that, all the Noi's that align with the original Noi started to get born.
