He killed her, but she was also dead regardless. There was no scenario where Sang Woo would have let her go. Even if Bum had not stabbed her, Sang Woo probably prepared for that case and would have begun torturing her until she begged Bum to stab her just to stop the pain.

She was dead once she entered Sang Woo's house. The only question was how.

Nope, Bum is not innocent. He brutally murdered a girl. And lets not forget about how he didn't feel anything about that her death and Bum's dildo. Totally not innocent lol

Bum wouldn't be charger for murder because he was forced to do it, if he didn't do it he would be dead too, sang woo made him do so he be the one charger for multiple murder and kindnapping and holding hostage

They are both sick in the head. Bum is not an innocent child but a young troubled/disturbed man that has strong stalking tendencies and now a murderous inclination.

FYI, stalking is a crime.... although that depends on whether sangwoo reports him or not (and we all know that sangwoo has extreme mood swings.) And as for jieun's murder... Bum is probably not going to be arrested since he was forced to kill. Although there's a high chance for him to be sent to the mental hospital.
