This manga is full with clothes wasting

I hear there was a mistake in the accounting department and that the mangaka was given too much money for the characters clothes and so she/he decided to not let it go to waste. So that is why the characters clothes are always being torn so there is an excuse to get them new clothes. ... It's just to eat up the clothing budget.... *snicker*
