as someone who's crazy abt driving it's definitely doable just not all the times, if you need to shift gear or just need to have both hands on the wheel. it's definitely more awkward to hold something than not using your hand for driving. it also depends on multi factor like the speed you're going with or what car you're using, some are easier to use and some needs proper two hands handling. if you're an expert, it can be much more easier tho.

For what i saw is probably an electric car and there are some that change the gear for you automatically so you only need to take the wheel tbf
Been driving for 5 years and I legit use one hand most of the time.. two hands when turning tho but this is totally doable lol
