You won’t feel that way once the translations get caught up and it’s not unusual at all even in the states. We graduate at 17 or 18 here most enter college when they are 17 or 18 which will put them around 20 year olds so again 20 year old being interested in someone in close age to them is normal. They are both still label as young adults even though the only both can do is work, get a car, and place lol both are still underage when it comes to drinking, partying, buying cigarettes etc. Idk how it works in Japan though
