Novel spoilers confirm the FL is infertile due to her condition AND so are the elves. Since the elves are born from the tree, they have no need to procreate the same way humans do.
(Though there wasn’t much detail) I assume that all the elves were only born from the tree. Female elves are also very rare. So multiple males can be born from one tree, but only a single female elf can be born from the same tree. Plus they all consider each other like brothers and sister, so the female elf born from the same tree leaves her OG group to go to another group from a different tree and sticks with that group to be in a relationship.

More info: They say that older groups live further inside the area the elves live at, and that the group of elves MC met are among the youngest, who live further out. Female elves also live closer to the center, and only female elves stay(?) Spoilers were a little hard to understand. Female elves also view male elves as parasites(?) and male elves usually just give love and listen to the female.

Hear me out: if she heals easily as an Akarna, then does it mean she never loses her hymen and is always ( anatomically) a virgin? The wound would heal and closes again, no? And by that context, does it mean she’s going to always ehm ( tight) since any abrasion that happens during sex is healed and restored, no? ( I m a girl having a random thought here)
