I was reading this manhwa but I forgot the name, please help me out!!
All I remember is the bottom was a black haired guy and he's a nurse/ physical therapist/ something in the medical field (bottom is a sadist) and the top is a gym guy with a great body (he has white hair I think). He also has a (twin?) brother who gets jealous of him having a cute guy so he tries to get with him as a joke but he actually gets violated by the bottom.
