Suddenly after reading a realistic story something just hit me and it hit me hard. I am not the same person i was a few hours ago and its not like the story directly made me realize things it's just that my eyes were opened and now the illusion i didn't know i built around me is tearing apart. Now i feel a sense of dread. I feel that i am back to square one. When you thought it was the past that haunted you but what was haunting you never actually left, you just gaslit yourself into thinking everything has changed.
