We are assuming the reason tragedy was tagged is violence and rape but for all, we know it could have been accidentally tagged so we will never know but I do believe violence and rape are tragic maybe not as tragic as the death of the MCs.
However, like you said this one is not even as tragic compared half the manga yaoi manga out there where rape and violence are so common.
