Well, he did cheat on Jyeongmin but I somehow can't disagree that he is a decent fellow. I mean I believe that's the reason why he told him he wanted to break up.

if you mean that jeongmin cheated on jeongwoo its more like jeongmin wanted to take a break and was busy. he never cheated, 100% innocent and wanted time away because he felt like it wasnt going to work out
And he still loves him!! Awww He wanted the best for them but he shouldve have talked with jeongwoo though
