Being under hypnotism doesn't necessarily mean doing whatever the hypnotist wants. It can be as simple as "From now on, shitting under the shower is normal for you" and that's still hypnotism, even if the recipient is otherwise normal and functional.

100% agreed - I would argue that he's heavier hypnotised than before considering before it was a "mode" and now it has affected him despite being "off". People need to understand this thing he's consciously having with his brother is because the hypnosis penetrated his psyche.
