Lezhin is blocked where you're living? Do you mean you can't access the website, or it won't accept your method of payment?
The authors are currently working with lezhin to make it available in more countries it seems.

I'm not fond of social media either! On lezhin plus app, there's a contact us option so we can make suggestions to lezhin. I'm doing that. There are also some people who have asked for technical support and make suggestions to them on twitter as well.
The app is working fine to me. Are you using it for the first time? Did you try uninstalling and then reinstalling it. But maybe it's that way 'cos it's blocked :(

yes I did... at first it wouldn't open so I reinstalled it
now it will open sometimes, crash or reloads and I search tool does no work...
bottom line its very hard to use...
