You can get pregnant within a month of stopping the pill. Esp if on the younger age.
I wouldn’t want that to happen though. This couple isn’t fit for kids yet. They have a lot to work on.

Nah its a plot point earlier on that her PoS ex complains about how she can't get pregnant. She has clearly fertility issues. Potentially aggravated by the pregnancy we know she lost.
I also suspect that's why we had the scene of her having to pick up his condoms; its a bad reminder of the fact that he doesn't need contraceptive with her.
Well see... if she's not getting pregnant its still going to be a good opportunity to talk about her infertility, which has so far been only teased. I can easily see her reassure him that he's got nothing to worry about.
