I know how you feel (づ￣ ³￣)づ but family is actually a word stands for a couple with a child/children. If there's no child then those two people is a couple only.
Its kinda painful to know that a couple cannot be called a family if there's no child...according to those stupid dictionaries (〜￣△￣)〜
I guess based on some people, a family can consist of a child and a married couple but honestly, in my opinion, if a couple has pledged to each other by staying together even if they cant get married, I'll still consider them a family bc even tho they may not be allowed to register under another's name and have a child, they're going to stay by each other side until they're old and wrinkly and honestly, if that aint family, I wouldnt know what to call it. And I sure aint hell gonna call it boyfriend/girlfriend who would stay with you till you're old.

I know I will probably be hated, this manga is so sweet and I love it, everyone would like to see gay couples so happy together, but there's one thing that bothers me: one of them asks if they can become a real family now as there's a child... so does that mean when there's no child, the family that consists of two people, homo or hetero, isn't a real family? I've got two kids myself but I really don't think that two people living together, loving each other, but without kids, are not a family....It was this one crack in this manga, I just felt hurt, idk why
