i think it’s about how much she lacks in taking over the household. she didn’t receive proper education out of negligence so she’s learning everything as she goes into this marriage. they might not think she’s worthless but she does. the title is how she views herself.
but i still don’t get why the title is like that. from the moment she stepped in the dukedom, she’s been increasing her worth as a mother even before the wedding? so like at which point was it that she’s worthless at mothering?
