Joon is Dobins high school friend. In the beginning of the series Joon used to help Dobin by covering him with his pheromones to help him keep Tae-oh pheromones off him since they affected him when other alpha pheromones don’t. They used to meet in the staircase and other places at work right after Tae-oh would smother him with pheromones to keep other omegas away from himself. And from what I recall Joon also works with Tae-ohs brother. The big omega with the white hair.
