My brain is like from Juheon’s perspective, given all his history and trauma it’s understandable that this feels like the ultimate betrayal for him. Like he was nothing more than a human study for Dohu, so from his perspective Dohu was quite literally just playing with him to collect data. As omniscient readers we can clearly see that’s not the case and hasn’t been the case for a VERY LONG TIME but emotions are high for him and Dohu doesn’t know what to say in this heat of the moment to convince him otherwise. And unfortunately talk is cheap.
