Are you some sales person that persistently promotes some product to people who're either already aware of it or not even interested in it? Like, seriously, I keep seeing your comment (about promoting some links) almost anywhere.
For some series, I'm desperately hoping to get someone who is bilingual & likes the looks of it to pick it up for scanlating. Persistence & salesmanship are the best way to reach as many eyes as possible.
For other series, I hope that people will chime in with recommendations of their own. Since this particular series is actually almost entirely translated on NOW-DO, I'm kind of hoping for the latter in this case.
