I thought it might've been some kind of subconscious behavior. I mean getting defensive when you have your guard down is kinda needed to survive in that kind of apocalypse but I doubt my assumptions. And tbf your theory sounds cool af
do you guys think mc has dissociative identity disorder?? that panel where he jumped guwon while he was sleeping before panicking once he snapped out of it is sticking with me... the promo art also makes mc look kinda cunning compared to the anxious demeanor we're seeing from him so far. anyway, looking forward to future chaptersss >_<
