I am in no way defending the mom btw her actions just have a reason because who would even be sane after finding out your son wasn't human but a demon and Satan at that

Mannn I know that people should hate the mom for trying to kill Adrian but I honestly can't even blame her even if I don't want Adrian dying. Her knowing that her son that came out of her own body turns out to be a demon would obviously lead to her killing him as it drove her to insanity because people barely believed her and think she's just some maniac woman who needs attention. Plus, before the mom knew Satan was in Adrians body she saw him as a kind son who cares for his mom deeply but after she found out her son wasn't a human, she obviously felt deceived because it's really common for people to see demons as heartless cold monsters who play with peoples feelings to deceive and turn them into "slaves"
