They ended up together on the last page so I don't know why people are saying it's a bad end?? Unless the chapter was taken down or something?? First off the main character is not with his ex at the end. That's a lie. They do it once and he breaks it off for good with him. Years pass. Somehow mc hears of the baker or something..idk..The main character is then shown chasing the baker crying. He loses him in a crowd and just breaks down. The baker hugs him from behind and they do the usual reunion mush and the end.
So yeah it's the usual happy end. At least that is what I personally read. Unless it was changed.
I think you missed the pun, they didn't mean bad end but "bed" end.
