She will have a little girl. Its not possible for her to give birth to a boy since u can only get them through incest... Thats why hue was so sure of not wanting to have kids and ending the bloodline to him because he hated the fact that the taran family wanted him to multiply with a family member and get another heir.
But with lucia he will have a baby girl and theyll also raise damien as their son.

So isn't the doctor plan to push together the baby girl and Damien??

Yeah, but his plan doesn't go his way because Lucia and hue won't allow that to happen and damien loves his sister (not in an incest way) and promises to protect her at all cost. Also the doctor won't be there in-person for his plans to work anyways

Yeah last I read (spoilers) he changed the reciep to the medicine so she wouldn't recognize it and cured her of the infertility and she ends up pregnant

He didn’t change the recipe, he mixed it with migraines medicine and give it to her by using the fl personal doctor so she wouldn’t suspect anything

But that was in previous chapters and she recognized it very quickly and her personal doctor was punished he might have not changed it but he dang well figured out a way to hide it well enough so she wouldn't notice it

He took out one of the plants that made it taste like vanilla and then mixed it with other herbs for headache. That's why the medicine should take longer to do something supposedly. It's in ch126 for anyone wanting to check it.
