What i got from her session with Loid are... well, aside from the fact that she's scared of her husband, she does love Damian. Since Donovan changed after the first son, it's possible that she also suspects Damian of having the same power. Donovan isn't controlling tho, but since Melinda's scared of 'the' change in him, I believe donovan was way far from the past him (also basing on his child appearance from the flashback)
We can conclude that Melinda's in trauma/traumatized. We need to know more wth happened. Also, she's too terrified, she needs to have someone who believes her, so she can pull herself up and build her relationship with her kids again.
Can someone please elaborate on the overall thoughts Damien’s mother has around him? Like it’s a mix of love yet eeriness whenever Anya reads her mind Does she resent him because she cares for him yet is burdened by it because of how controlling Donovan is?
