Its weird if they're tattoos. The palm and nails get so distracting. The neck and ankles are ok. Some are saying he's a "maggot" and that's his skin. Also weird cause why would it be black except the nails and palms? His neck and ankle stitches might be some Frankenstein effect
Honestly I thought he was a maggot too at first especially because of his neck and feet but no psy said anything about it so it must have looked normal and so I figures they were tattoos.
