this is a good point that would clear him for that specifically but i also think its about reputation, scandals, and who he surrounded himself with
i think it happened years ago, but the news just exposed him now, so a drug test wouldn't work. they wouldve had to have done it at the time the scandal originally happened.
Can a simple drug test help clear him? if he didn't take any of the drugs a clean medical report could help him.
