Dentist manga?
Few years back jump+ started publishing a comedy series (haisha san atattemasu) about a cross dressing dentist that had lots of potential for bl. Series kinda derailed and relationship felt quite underwhelming, made me loose my faith in jump for that kind of thing. Tbf despite any ending that it could have, marriage toxin is quite well written in comparison so I might pick it up after the ending regardless

based on it so far, i have enough trust in joumyaku to either make it that he doesn't end up with any of the "harem" girls and they all stay best friends and he has a "special" relationship with kinosaki that isn't "dating" but we'll all know they're in love and stay together for the rest of their lives lmfao or just straight up make them proper romantic endgame plz (just only possibly limited by the fact that we're on jump like you said). either way this is like the best modern harem that isn't absolute dogshit pandering to incels no matter what happens
