Yeah but people want the toxic shit. It honestly doesn't seem to matter what the MC wants most of the time. As long he is wanted and desired by the ml. His consent for sex doesn't matter, his love for ml doesn't matter. The ml needs to be the one chasing desiring and wanting him. This is why I hate the chasing arc. Most of these bl tops are insecure and obsessive which people think is love and the only way to show that apparently is through abuse and rape. Its nice to see an uke who is enthusiastic for a change who gen wants a relationship and wants to have sex etc. sorry this is long lol I wanted to rant

hi! just popping in to share my opinion (hopefully i won't get pitchforked about it ^^v).
yeah, ml is drawn way more attractively than the mc and i guess that was the author's intention. but i think the mc has charms that of course made the ml attracted to him.
alsoooo with the chasing arc, honestly i do agree that the uke in this story is proactive and not coerced into anything. you can sense that it is consensual, which is great. and obviously, he's the one who's into deep in their relationship. but reading some spoilers.. you'll understand why you would want a chasing arc, or maybe let's just call it reflection/realization arc hahaha.
i just think that the ml needs to realize that they're not really on the same wavelength in their relationship and that he needs to re-assess his "basis" of being with the mc. i know this is fictional, but if i were in the mc's shoes i would also think about things and feel a tad bit insecure about our situation.
guys, wake me up when the chasing arc starts...
