She also drew faces for the old couple that drove Sangwoo & Bum to the inn. I think you might be reading too much into it. Maybe it's just me though... I think I'm literally the only person who doesn't like the underage kid. Don't really care to see him again - he's served his purpose ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

koogi actually took the time to draw a face for that underaged kid
even koogi didn't do that for sangwoo's group of friends back in season 1
