I think about this a lot. But I think their “menstruation ” is just their heat. I mainly think it’s bc they don’t actually have like a uterus and stuff. I think generally the womb kind of develops when they get pregnant, so they don’t have one 24/7
It depends on the author, but I have never seen or read about a male omega with menstruation cycle.
But I once read a story that the female omegas had both of them and it was a nightmare to think about.

Nah they have estrus cycle like female cats they produce eggs and by the end if the egg isn't fertilized it gets reabsorbed in the body.

I think they have a cloaca like hens but instead of laying the egg, they reabsorb the egg. Hopefully female omegas have the same situation
