    i think they translated noona to sister (i could be 100% wrong)

    Yeah this is a manhwa (korean) and a guy has to call "noona" a girl who is older than him even if it is by one year (form of respect)..they translated it with "sister" but they should have just left it as "noona" in my opinion.
