Remember that jin got promised to do 7 minutes script on this show where jewan in? That nepo girl stole his job because the ceo said so and the pd agree to it. The nepo girl got 20 minutes script on another program a documentary show but she doing the worse job making the pd on documentary program so mad at her and wanting her to quite. But the ceo didn't want to admit it and then strated to blame jin because he didn't teach that nepo girl and saying that he should exchange giving the show to nepo girl and jin should do the documentary program. it's so ridiculous! On top of that ML do exactly the same thing as nepo girl. ML want a position on the news company by making a deal with that women politician. Doing a love scandal and stole the job from someone else because he get the back up from that women. Jin of course didn't agree, begging ML to not do that, but ML didn't care.
Now MC accepted the documentary job but the deal is he will quite the company and stop doing his job on the show where jewan in. But the PD and everyone on that show demmand him to keep working because they can't do anything without him. The show become a messed and they blame jin for quiting in the middle when it's their fault to begin with since they the one who throw him away because that nepo girl. ML just found out about this and the reason why mc is so againt him making the deal with the women. But Jin already going away and can't be reach. So ML think he will fix everything since he part of the problem too
