Well he is only been his disciple for more than just a year. Of course not everyone will know his face or even name.
More of just likely what happened to the other disciples of the the top 10, before they mention the name of the disciples—their master or mentor was mentioned first just like roist. Jiwoo, on the other hand, isn't like the others (like roist or other characters who jiwoo fought) who was raised as an awakeners and already build connection, jiwoo only know about awakeners for a year— if we based this on the timeline of the story, so no one really knows him even if they hear his name after he fought other top 10's disciples —no one sees his face. Maybe, that's that.

I'm really not trying to be rude but if it's 300+ chapters in and they're still referring to you as Kayden's disciple... Maybe I'm just used to other series but this really feels awfully slow and repetitive
