Looking for a manga

Hi, I'm looking for a manga I'm pretty sure it was one shot what I remember from the plot is that the seme was a sickly child and could not go out to play and the uke used to visit him by climbing the tree next to the window of the seme's room but he would soon leave and the seme was feeling lonely so he cut the branch of the tree a bit so that the next time the uke tries to leave he will get hurt a bit and won't be able to play with the others outside and will be with the seme but the height was too big and the uke got hurt badly and as a result got an erectile dysfunction. Years later the seme finds out about the problem and tries to "help" the uke.
