If I was Leila I would have destroyed Mattias life and would have took my revenge no matter how Rich, powerful or charismatic he might be. After all true Devils appear like that.

Leila's adoptive father, uncle Bill. It was not exactly because of Matthias, he was killed in the war, but in the first place they were forced to flee because Matthias was using Leila as his mistress and she wanted to escape him. I remember crying when reading the chapter where uncle Bill died. It was so sad and did no justice to him. It was terribly unfair to Leila's character as well as she lost her only family while pregnant and when she couldn't have been in a more miserable state
Uncle Bill made me cry. He just loves Leila so much and wants the best for her. I can't believe this innocent man was killed in the war because of matthias' evil doings and even worse than that the daughter he cherishes so much chose to forgive the man who ruined their lives completely. I feel disgusted every time i think about this.
