Yes, it would quite literally kill him. Read on a case of a robbery-turned-homocide about a man that got s0dom¡z3d to death, using various big and long objects that punctured his intestines and quite literally ripped everything out when the object came out. He died of course.. But I wanna say that none of those objects used were nearly as thick and huge like this giant's dick, so it's safe to say that If this happened irl, he would've died. Not to mention absolutely tear his anus apart he'd need surgery.
