its the guy who was freed by jiwoo’s mom. the one who always said he had a debt and was protecting jiwoo earlier in the series (i dont even remember much since i started backreading from chapter 200)
If I remember correctly he stayed abroad with Jiwoo's mom to protect her since she plan to continue saving experimented people with her colleagues.
